Wine

Description

Wine is an alcoholic drink typically made from fermented grape juice. Yeast consumes the sugar in the grapes and converts it to ethanol, carbon dioxide, and heat. Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine.  We source and supply wines from different parts of world including Italy, France, Spain, USA, Argentina, Chile and Australia.

For health conscious folks there are organic wines which produce heartier skins and higher concentrations of all of those good for you anthocyanins and antioxidants, including polyphenols and cardio-friendly resveratrol.
